本机适用于电子业、PET，PP，PVC、偏光片、复合膜、粘胶、绝缘材料、屏蔽材料、3M，SONY，NITTO，TEST，PORON（橡胶）等特殊胶带成型，以及LED.LCD、背光源、反光源（RW-100，RW-50，RF-188）散光膜（日本王子：90、75、60D204.D105.

DB642，CH19）、防静电保护膜、黑白双面胶、不透光铝箔、增光膜、镭射纸等的多次复合综合加工。

主机由上下压板、四柱精 密导向机构、平衡机构和机架等组成。

上压板设有自动刀模限位夹紧装置，更换刀模方便快捷。

整机四柱精 确导向、连杆平衡、液压驱动；各运动部件采用自动润滑系统，保证机器的使用寿命及冲裁精度行程由编码器控制，可在面板上进行设置，可配合刀模进行刀口高度的设定，使模切调整方便、精 确。

机器的上下两个工作面采用精 密机械加工、热处理、精磨等加工方式，可冲切不锈钢板，模切压力精度：±0.15mm。

The main unit is composed of upper and lower pressure plates，four-column precision guiding mechanism，balance mechanism and frame.

The upper platen is provided with an automatic die-cutting limit clamping device，which is convenient and quick to replace the die cutter.

The four-column precise quiding，connecting rod balance and hydraulic drive of the whole machine：each moving parts adopt automatic lubrication system to ensure the service life and punching precision of the machine.

The stroke is controlled by the encoder，which can be set on the panel.The cutter height can be set with the die to make the die cuttinc adjustment convenient and accurate.

The upper and lower working surfaces of the machine are processed by precision machining，heat treatment，fine grinding and etc；the stainless steel plate can be punched and the die cutting pressure accuracyis ±0.15mm.
